Getting a job gets tougher every year. Not because of the fact that people ask for just higher qualifications for a job but also for the fact that there are so many applying for the same post that your application may just get beaten back by the wave of other applications. It may be a bit simpler in general to get through the first shortlist based on your resume because you are well or even overqualified for a job, but a lot can go wrong when it comes to building a career if you falter at the interview stage somewhere. It is easy to talk about interviews and not tough but a lot more than that to actually face one. You have practically ten minutes to convince the man or woman in charge that you are the best candidate for the job. The best way to approach any interview is to be as calm as possible.
