In April 1998, I became an independent beauty consultant. At the time, I did it strictly to help my home gift basket business grow (I thought they had nice products that I could use and maybe I'd meet some people who would be interested in purchasing my baskets). Since then, I have introduced more than thirty other women - from all different walks of life - to this wonderful company. I now drive for free in my company-owned car and have achieved the position of Independent Sales Director. How would you like to work for a company that:
One of the main reasons our company was founded was to help women take control of their lives and achieve their financial goals (and financial freedom). I have always hated sales, but this is more like "playing make-up" (and teaching) than actually selling. You see, we let women try the product and then they make informed decisions - if they like it, they buy and if they don't like it, that's fine. And since it's a "disposable" product (women use our skin care every day), you always have repeat customers coming in - you don't need to be finding new customers every single day (although new customers are always a good thing). No matter where you are in the country, there is a local Director who will "adopt" you and help you climb the ladder to success. My Director is in Florida, but my "Adopted Director" is local - and both of them are fabulous and will do everything they can to help me move forward. And, to top it off, the company has a 100% guarantee on all its merchandise, so you can sell to your customers without worrying -- if they decide they don't like something for any reason, you can replace it or refund their money, and the company will send you replacement product to cover the cost, so you lose nothing.
