Want to be a Participant?

If you are interested in setting up a booth with us, please fill out the Application Form below. We will limit each direct-marketing company to one table each, so there will be no competition within a company. You are welcome to use a team of representatives to staff your table, but we ask that one person present the application and be responsible for the table and the team.

Terms of Confidentiality: WAHMfest™ will not use any names, addresses or phone numbers to create a mailing list (other than related to WAHMfest™ itself). We will hold the information you give us in strictest confidence. However, all booths will be listed on the WAHMfest™ website with e-mail addresses (where available) and in the WAHMfest™ program, along with contact names and numbers. By signing up for a booth, you are agreeing to be a future contact for those who are interested in your company. Please also be aware that after WAHMfest™ is over, we will be mailing copies of the program to interested parties who were unable to attend. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact us before filing your application.

All fees paid will go directly towards advertising and promotion for this event. We want to reach as many women as possible, and we cannot do that without paid advertising. However, we also ask that you be pro-active in promoting this event, as well. Each accepted applicant will receive a copy of our fact sheet and a copy of our flyer. You may use these as you see appropriate, but we hope you will use them. Feel free to make copies of the fliers to post wherever you would like, and use the fact sheet to pass along information to any interested parties (local media, church bulletins, etc., etc.). By truly networking within our communities, we can make this a successful event.

Although you may bring advertising materials (catalogs, demos, etc.) with you, we ask that you plan on this event being more recruiting- oriented than sales. We want our visitors to get what they came for - information, not sales.

We reserve the right to request more information about any proposed business opportunity and to reject any application that we deem inappropriate.
